Where: Restaurant → Money → Statements. Managers only.
Statements has two reports for your records:
- Settlement ledger: tickets redeemed, gross reimbursement and payouts by day or month. Choose Daily or Monthly, set From and To, and download a CSV or PDF.
- Annual reimbursement statement: a summary for the calendar year, with totals by menu item. Download it as a PDF or CSV. It's an informational summary, not an IRS form; ask your tax adviser how to report it.
If you match patron donations, the ledger adds a Your match (in-kind) column and the annual statement a Your match (in-kind meals contributed) figure. Matched meals aren't paid; these show what you gave.
