Invite your employer

Where: Invite your employer on the home page, the sponsors page and donors' impact pages, or in the footer of any Forward Tab page.

Think your company should fund meals for your community? You don't have to be the decision-maker. Nominate your employer and Forward Tab sends them a friendly, no-pressure introduction to sponsoring Community Boards. You don't need an account.

Send an invitation

1. Select Invite your employer to open the form. If you give, you'll also find it on your own impact page.
2. Fill in Employer or organization and Who should we invite? (their email) — usually someone in HR, community giving, or the owner. These two are required.
3. Optionally add:
   • Your name (optional) — Forward Tab says the invitation came from you. Leave it blank to stay anonymous.
   • Your email (optional) — in case Forward Tab needs to follow up with you.
   • A short note to include (optional) — a line or two on why you think they'd be a good fit, included in the invitation.
4. Select Send the invitation.

Forward Tab emails your nominated contact a one-off invitation to explore sponsoring Community Boards, with a link to the sponsorship pricing page. Nothing is shared with them beyond what you enter. You can send up to 10 invitations an hour.

What happens next

• Your employer gets an invitation. It introduces Forward Tab and links to the pricing page, where they can choose a tier and sign up, or send an enquiry to talk first. Whether they sponsor is entirely up to them.
• A referral link can travel with it. Signing in doesn't connect the invitation to anyone. What travels with it is the donor impact page you arrived from: if you opened a donor's impact page (or their referral link) in the last 30 days, the invitation carries that page's referral link. If your employer signs up from it, the meals its sponsorship funds count toward that page's referrals (its owner sees how many, never who). To have your own giving credited, open your own impact page first, then Invite your employer from it. After you send, the confirmation says whether a referral went with the invitation.
• No repeats. If the same employer email has already been invited in the last 7 days, Forward Tab records your nomination but doesn't email them again, so no one gets pestered.
