If your restaurant prints tickets from a counter tablet, open Print station on that tablet and leave the page open. It picks up new tickets as donations come in and prints each one. The browser shows a print dialog for each ticket unless the tablet runs Chrome or Edge set up for kiosk printing; on an iPad the dialog always appears. The page shows "Waiting for new tickets… Leave this page open." and lists Recent prints.
- Select Pause printing to stop for a while (for example, to change the paper). New tickets wait in the queue until you select Resume printing.
- If the page says the browser isn't paired, a manager needs to pair the tablet first. See Pair a counter tablet.
- If the page says Not printing because your restaurant uses a different way of printing, a manager can switch to Print station (browser) on the Hardware page. The page checks again every 30 seconds.
- If a printer or tablet has a problem, a Printer and device problems box appears at the top of the page with what to do.

Put each new ticket up on your Community Board. Each ticket shows your restaurant's name, the menu item and its value, its QR code, the ticket number, "Present at the counter — no questions asked", the issue date and the ticket's terms and, when the board has sponsors, "Sponsored by" followed by their names.
Restaurants that print with a print agent or by downloading PDFs don't use this page: see Choose how tickets print.
