Payouts setup
Forward Tab reimburses you through a Stripe Express account connected to your bank.
Where: Restaurant → Setup → Payouts setup. Managers only.
Forward Tab reimburses you through a Stripe Express account connected to your bank.
First, sign the partner agreement. Until a manager has signed it, this page shows Sign the partner agreement first and the Stripe button is unavailable. Select Go to the partner agreement to sign it (see Partner agreement), then come back.
- Open Setup → Payouts setup and select Set up Stripe payouts.
- Complete Stripe's onboarding. You're returned to Forward Tab afterwards.
- If Stripe still needs details, select Continue Stripe onboarding. The page lists what Stripe is waiting for.
When the badge says Ready for payouts, reimbursements are sent automatically. Use Open Stripe dashboard to see your payouts in Stripe, and Check with Stripe to refresh the status.
Until transfers are enabled, reimbursements for meals you redeem are held safely in escrow and released automatically.
