The sponsor portal: CSR impact
Forward Tab creates your sponsor account. If you signed up online, use the link in your welcome email to set your password (see Become a sponsor); after that, sign in with your email and password.…

Getting in
Forward Tab creates your sponsor account. If you signed up online, use the link in your welcome email to set your password (see Become a sponsor); after that, sign in with your email and password. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication under Security.
If you requested an enterprise agreement, signing in takes you to Your sponsorship agreement until it's signed (see Become a sponsor).
If your company sponsors more than one group of restaurants, choose a group from the Sponsorship cluster list at the top of the page. Each group is listed under its sponsor name.
While your boards are being set up. A new online sponsor sees "We are setting up your Community Boards" until Forward Tab has reviewed the logo and confirmed the restaurants. Any Restricted Restaurant Escrow you've already paid is shown as held for your boards; it starts funding meals as soon as they're confirmed.
Manage billing
If you pay through Stripe, Manage billing next to your name opens Stripe's secure billing page. There you can change your card or bank account, download invoices, or cancel the sponsorship at the end of the paid month. You return to Forward Tab when you're done.
Enterprise insights
Tiers with the Enterprise insights benefit start the dashboard with a report for the reporting period you choose: your community multiplier, fund velocity, what local restaurants were paid for meals you funded, peak need times, a map of your restaurants and the monthly Restaurant Spotlight, ready to share. See Enterprise insights.
Your impact dashboard
The live impact dashboard is included in tiers with the Live impact dashboard benefit. It refreshes every minute; select Refresh to update it right away.
Choose a Reporting period at the top right. The options are:
- the current quarter to date, or one of the previous four quarters;
- this year or last year;
- All time;
- Custom range…, which lets you enter your own From and To dates.

Figure | What it means |
|---|---|
Right now | Meals funded and served at your restaurants in the last 24 hours and the last 7 days. |
Meals funded | Meal tickets issued on your restaurants' Community Boards in the period. |
Meals served | Tickets redeemed at the counter, with their fair-market value (the full menu price; what was paid to the restaurants is Local economic stimulus). |
Fulfillment rate | The share of tickets issued that have been redeemed. |
Tickets on boards now | Meals waiting to be claimed. |
Local economic stimulus | Money paid to your sponsored restaurants for meals they served, with amounts still in progress shown below it. Shown with the Local economic stimulus benefit. |
Sponsorship paid | Your payments received in the period, with their Restricted Restaurant Escrow and support fee. |
Sponsored locations and Monthly rate | The size and rate of your sponsorship. |
The meal figures on the dashboard are for your restaurants' boards as a whole: they include meals funded by donors and, on a shared board, by its other sponsors. In the ESG export kit, the headline of the PDF report and the infographic, and the impact statements about the meals your sponsorship funded (and how many of those have been claimed), count only the meals your own payments funded. The kit's other figures are for the boards as a whole, as each statement's basis says.
Meals by category and when meals are redeemed
Meals by category breaks down meals issued and redeemed, and the value served, by type of meal, such as breakfast or lunch.
When meals are redeemed is a heatmap of redemptions by day of the week and hour of the day. Darker cells mean more meals. Cells with only one or two redemptions are hidden and drawn with a dashed outline. Times are in the time zone shown below the heatmap. This protects the privacy of individual guests: Forward Tab never records who claims a meal.

Sponsored restaurants
The restaurants table shows, for each restaurant:
- Escrow balance: money waiting for the next ticket.
- On board: tickets currently on its board.
- Issued and Redeemed: tickets in the period.
- Last ticket issued: when its most recent ticket went up.
A restaurant's board can have up to five sponsors. When yours is shared, the restaurant shows "Board shared with N other sponsors".

ESG export kit
Tiers with the ESG / CSR export kit & visuals benefit include ready-made reports and visuals for the reporting period you've chosen.
- Download PDF report and Export ESG CSV: your impact figures for sustainability and CSR reporting. The CSV has one row per restaurant, with your own funding there and how many sponsors its board has.
- Community Board headers: the printable board header, one page per restaurant, with your logo and those of the board's other sponsors whose tier includes the header. This button appears with the Community Board header benefit, even if your tier doesn't include the export kit.
- Infographic: a shareable image of your impact. Download it as a PNG or SVG.
- Download everything (ZIP): the PDF report, the CSV by restaurant, the impact statements, the infographic as a card, a 16:9 slide and a print-size PNG, and the press-release draft if your tier includes it. Slide PNG (16:9) and Print-size PNG download those visuals on their own.
- Impact statements: short, verified sentences you can quote, each with the basis for its figure. Select Copy to copy a statement.
- Press-release draft: with the Press-release kit benefit, a factual announcement with your verified figures. Select Copy text or Download .txt, then add your own quote where marked. Please keep any wording you add factual: it acknowledges your sponsorship.

Annual contribution statement
Always available, whatever your tier. Choose a Calendar year to see every sponsorship payment Forward Tab received from you that year, with its date, the month it covers, the payment method, a reference, and its Restricted escrow and Support fee amounts. Select Download PDF or CSV for your accounting records.
The statement includes Forward Tab's EIN and a statement of any goods or services provided in exchange for your contributions.

Sponsorship payments and tax receipts
Always available, whatever your tier.
If you pay by monthly invoice, Invoices lists each invoice with its period, due date, amount and status. Select Pay / view to pay an open invoice on Stripe's secure page, or View to see a paid one.
If your sponsorship is invoiced under a signed agreement, Invoices also says how often you're invoiced, to which email and when invoices are due. Select Pay now on an open invoice to pay it here by US bank account (ACH) or card. A bank payment takes a few business days to clear; the invoice shows as paid then. Your accounts-payable contact's own login opens straight to Invoices, and sees only invoices.
Below that, each payment you've made is listed with:
- Its Restricted Restaurant Escrow and its Technology & Administrative Support Fee, and "held for your Community Boards" while your boards are being set up.
- Receipt PDF: the 501(c)(3) acknowledgment for that payment, which shows the same two amounts.
- Where this payment went: how the payment's Restricted Restaurant Escrow was split across your restaurants. For each restaurant it shows how much is already on meal tickets, how many meals the payment funded, and how many have been claimed. Money not yet on tickets waits in the restaurant's wallet and is printed as tickets are claimed and room frees up on the board. A meal shared between gifts counts as a fraction.

If your tier doesn't include the dashboard
The portal shows your tier and what it includes, along with your contribution statement, payments and acknowledgments. Contact Forward Tab to change your tier; the benefits are listed under Sponsorship tiers and benefits.
